Mario and his partner was great!!! They showed up early and very professional. My mother is a hoarder so it was a difficult task but they had a positive attitude and went straight to work. I highly recommend these guys again. And will use them again in the future.

Rafael and his Helper were fast and strong but they picked and chose what to load and did not load everything, especially the small items. They do not know how to pack items into a storage unit so you can access some items later. We had to repack the entire storage unit. They do not take direction with what we told them how we wanted things done. They also argued with me, in the beginning of there shift, about me not filling out the uhaul forms especially when I told them the forms they were talking never popped up on my computer, so I could not fill them out. They still argued about those forms. We felt they are not afraid of confrontation.
