The company contacted me shortly after I booked their services, confirming the time and address. The day of the service they notified me that they were on their way. When they delayed by a couple of minutes, they sent me a photo showing the line to get into the community. Once they arrived, they introduced themselves and got to work right away. They were very careful with the items that they were unloading. Overall, the company was very professional. I will be calling them again when I need help moving things. I highly recommend this company.
