I told them multiple times through text and phone conversations what I needed done the day of the move ahead of time. Day of he had no idea of anything previously discussed and got onto me for not telling him my needs ahead of time. When I mentioned the phone call and texts he got silent and walked away. They didn’t come with tools that most movers have (dolly, gloves etc.) we ended up having to rent a dolly through U-Haul in the middle of everything. Due to this they ran over the 4 hrs I had booked and insisted I pay them extra directly via Venmo. Too tired to argue I did so.
