While the moving men were nice and they finished ahead of schedule, unfortunately, they broke my cat tree (didn’t tell me) and then without telling me brought more people and tried to get me to pay more after they had finished the service. I paid what the agreed upon rate was but that was stressful and overall not a great experience.
