I was so nervous hiring movers after reading negative reviews of other companies through uhaul! Mike and the other gentleman (sorry I didn’t catch his name) were phenomenal. They immediately got to work, took good care of our items. They worked so hard and had their work cut out for them. We are 3rd floor outside! They were kind and professional. Even though the job sucked, they never once complained or made us feel like a burden. The communication was fantastic, every step of the way. Even when Mike knew they’d probably need another hour with the truck, he said to give him 30 min and he will know for sure! They didnt try to rip us off. I was able to add an hour at the click of a link. I would hire and refer this company over and over again, no hesitation.
