They did not cover many of my items and as a result, scratched the majority of my wooden items, such as my nightstands and bed frame by putting totes on them. They also put tape ON THE WOOD to keep the drawers closed. They did not use the majority of the blankets I provided. This would have saved damage to my items. They were very personable, but I would not recommend this company due to the lack of care shown for my items. Absolutely unacceptable.
