Jerry and team made an impact on us. His communication with us before, during, and after the move was move than expected. He went out of his way to be sure we were satisfied with every aspect of the move. The initial loading took more time than we anticipated. Bear Labor moved us into two U-Haul Trucks; one 26-foot and one 15-foot. They kept track of all items that were going to two different addresses. This was not an easy move but Jerry did his best to make it seem effortless for us. He never complained and he and his team were very pleasant and helpful.
