This is the second time we’ve used P&B and, unfortunately, without Oscar, this time was not a good experience. Items were packed that we told them not to (important docs, meds, keys, even my wife’s purse with her id & cards) that we had to hope we could find in the unpack after our move. Loading the truck was not systematic and, as a consequence, we will need to make another trip because they didn’t fit everything in. I can only recommend if Oscar is leading the crew.
