Both were respectful and hard working. The man had to pick up where the woman mover was not strong enough . She worked hard but less was packed in the time we had as she wasn’t strong enough to lift everything . In this situation I needed two strong movers and was sent 1. Unfortunately she just wasn’t strong enough. I would still use the company again but would be more specific about my needs related to heavy items down a staircase.
