The young men that showed up from the company to help my family move were oblivious to the fact that other people in this world can speak or understand Portuguese. The entire time all they did was badly talk (and I mean to replace the word 'badly' with a word that I'd have to excuse myself my language for.) my family and everyone that we had inside of my residence. We appreciate the extra hands, don't get me wrong- even if they could have been much more efficient at packing a truck properly; But the unnecessary, immature, and down right shameful comments and conversations that these two young men had absolutely convinced us to never reach out to or recommend their entire company.

They took their time. On the phone a lot. They could have been done an hour sooner if they would have worked steadily..They were 15 minutes late. They just didn’t seem to be too motivated. They could’ve had a much bigger tip than what they’ got if they would’ve moved a little faster.
