The coordinator Tatiana is great. Her communication was excellent from the time of booking through the end of the service being completed. Antawn was my mover, he provided great service and direction. Throughout the whole move only 1 item broke and a few dings from scratches on some items. I was advised they don't have safeload yet, so keep that in mind when booking. Overall the job was completed

The team of Terrance and Antwon were ready to get to work and handled the work required with efficiency and professionalism. The task was to empty a storage unit on third floor in McDonough and load it in a truck to transport to NC. Would hire the guys again. First time user of hiring a contractor through the U-Haul site; but it worked very well with great coordination from Tatiana as well, a great communicator. Loved how the system worked and the coordinator contacted you to follow-up with details before the move took place.
