We have the muscle to move anything and when we are done we also can do the cleaning and with over 10 yrs of experience

No additional care was made during loading to prevent any damages on the furniture and other items. Moving blankets were provided but were never put to use.

Hoppers were personable, but they damaged my newly refinish floors, and now I am in a dispute with the company who is denying it, and not taking responsibility for the damage they’ve done. Do I need to speak with a lawyer?

First, they were an hour late. But traffic can be bad, I had no issues. Our job was done in 45 minutes, and we paid for 2 hours. I understand why there is a 2-Hr minimum, and was okay with it. I thanked the movers and offered to tip them 10 dollars but they were upset with tips amount even though I essentially gave back 60 percent of paid time.

I have requested for 2 helper for 2 hours to move my stuff. But I had very bad bad experience since only one helper came and he also came 1 hour late i'm so uncomfortable and disappointed with their service. I have plan to take full assistance from helpers but only 1 person came I help them to move the stuff, this is really bad experience and I'm very very unhappy with moving help service. I paid $155 for 2 helpers and 2hours. In my case only 1 person came so i'm supposed to get $75 refund but they didn't refund full $80. This is my personal experience.
