The pricing was misleading and confusing.Advertised at $72 an hour two workers.After the first two hours it was $165 per hour for 3 people, but not because it was $55 per person per hour, but just because that was their price.No rhyme or reason to it.They also added a $40 stair fee for a 2 story house that wasn’t anywhere online.I spent close to $1000 for 6 hours.That is the same that I would have paid for organizing by highest rating instead of lowest price with good ratings like I did.There were a few easy priorities for the move and none of them were met.I needed one specific bed packed with all of its included items.Half of those items were left.I needed the Christmas decorations.Those were all left.I didn’t state this but I think it goes without saying that I needed my kids’ clothes.Those were not packed on the truck.Nothing was labeled so we had to dig through everything to figure out that nothing that we asked for was packed.We have to make a second trip for the priority items.

The leader told me to wait to do my review until I reached my destination and my truck was unloaded to see how well of a job they did loading. He said they didn't break anything. Well I waited. There were quite a few things broken or bent and warped. Broken items are going to happen when moving especially cross country but the loading job was very shoddy. Loading took longer than we initially expected and I didn't have a problem with paying for the extra time but I was told I had to pay cash. I felt pressured and a little intimidated. I felt like I was taken advantage of. I paid way more for loading than unloading. They were not professional. Definitely do not recommend.
