A Major Mover

Hats off to anyone who can do their job in this heat. The crew showed up with additional people and was done way quicker than we expected. One of the team members was a bit rude, but he seemed really young . . . The team left a lot of items in the garage, even though they were labeled with room names. They also acted as if they did not want to move our washer and dryer. I had to remind them that it needed to be done before they left. They set my couch down on the ground at some point because it is stained with clay. We were moving from Florida to Georgia, so it was obvious which movers got clay on the sofa. Other than those few things - good service. Communication was okay, once I called and spoke to them, they then responded to my texts after that.

Some items fell over because provided straps were not used. And a few items broke but nothing that can't be replaced. Over all good service.

Josh and Darius were extremely professional and exceptional men. I was called prior to my move date to confirm the date and time. The ETA was provided to me as they were headed my way. They even came back to help me when I ran out of time. The young men were gentle with my items and strategically packed my truck. I would recommend them 100 times over. May Gods blessing continue to cover this company.

The U-Boxes were a little later than I expected, A Major Movers company waited patiently and did not complain. When the time came to unpack, they were expedient and quick. I was so grateful for their warmth and professionalism. Definitely would call on them again! Already tipped!
