When the movers showed up to our home, there was a strong odor of marijuana present.In the process of moving our furniture in, our floors were scratched and furniture damaged. The piano was significantly scratched-damaged and a piece of molding was broken off of the armoire. We were not made aware of the damaged furniture by the movers. They threw the broken off piece on top of the armoire so we wouldn’t see it. The number provided was contacted regarding our concerns. We were told they would get back with us. We have yet to hear from them.

They scratched the floor in my new house in two different places. Chipped one of my dressers and acted like it was no big deal.

I think uHaul and any company needs to have better communication Asap. It was very hard getting in contact with and talking to anyone within the company. Service provider put our call last and we dealt with back and forth with them for two whole days. Not to mention after not coming the first day they decided to take a rush order instead of coming directly to us. EXTREMELY unprofessional
