DO NOT HIRE!!!!! I hired This company to do a very simple move from one apartment to another within the same complex. I specifically told the movers do not put my couch through the front door but to go around the back and put it in through the back door, the heavier, older mover says (no I have it) & forced the couch through the door and ripped my couch in three different places. I have video footage of him acknowledging the damage, and stating he will inform his boss for a discount. My TV was broken in the process of moving I reached out to the owner and was met with nothing but disrespect and he blamed me instead of his workers. OF ALL OF MY DAMAGES I ONLY ASKED HIM TO REPLACE MY TV!! The owner called me out of my name, as well as disrespected my sexuality. I asked him multiple times to stop messaging me, and then he proceeds to say (I ain’t worried about you and that punk shit we can meet up) His workers asked to smoke with me and asked for a beer! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

The pricing was misleading and confusing.Advertised at $72 an hour two workers.After the first two hours it was $165 per hour for 3 people, but not because it was $55 per person per hour, but just because that was their price.No rhyme or reason to it.They also added a $40 stair fee for a 2 story house that wasn’t anywhere online.I spent close to $1000 for 6 hours.That is the same that I would have paid for organizing by highest rating instead of lowest price with good ratings like I did.There were a few easy priorities for the move and none of them were met.I needed one specific bed packed with all of its included items.Half of those items were left.I needed the Christmas decorations.Those were all left.I didn’t state this but I think it goes without saying that I needed my kids’ clothes.Those were not packed on the truck.Nothing was labeled so we had to dig through everything to figure out that nothing that we asked for was packed.We have to make a second trip for the priority items.
