The communication was great before and during the move. I arrived to my destination with the furniture only to realize some of the items were banged up and my off white couch was filthy. I was very disappointed because I provided covers and blankets to the guys. I am not big on micromanaging but I think moving forward I will ensure that all items are watched carefully to ensure that they are okay even when out of my sight.
