Glad To Move You

Beware!!! This was the worst experience ever. The guys were booked for 3 hours. We specifically told them that we knew that everything was not going to fit on the truck, so please make sure the master bedroom and the kids rooms are loaded. The lead guy just completely ignored our requests and said if we listen to him we will be okay. They wasted 3 hours on a few boxes, a piano (which we told them was low priority), the living room, and a buffet. No BEDROOMS!! The biggest, heaviest stuff they never got. They lied and said they needed a lunch break and would return. They NEVER returned!!! The guy pressed me for the payment code and I really believed they would return, but NOT! Never, ever give them that code until they load the stuff YOU say. We got ripped off completely. My brother came to the rescue to help us finish. We didn't leave for the out of state move until 1am and incurred an unanticipated hotel fee. BEWARE!!!

They called to confirm their arrival time, and were in good communication prior to arriving. They moved everything efficiently and quickly, in about 1 hour instead of 2. Also very nice people and great to work with overall.
