David and Marcus arrived almost an hour after their scheduled time (scheduled for 9-10am and arrived at 1045). Their packing job was terrible. Items were not secured within the truck and when we commented on the quality we were told 'I have been doing this for 20 years. I think I know what I am doing.' We specifically disclosed that we were moving 1800 miles and needed everything to be very secure for that long move. Within 2 hours of being on the road, the foot board of our bed frame fell on to a fragile box of expensive artwork because it was not secured. We then had to climb into the truck to secure the footboard as best we could for the remainder of the trip. When we arrived at our destination, many boxes and items were damaged despite being labeled fragile. When we unloaded, the company was floored with how bad of a job was done and how much was damaged. Would not recommend this company as we now have a lot of items to replace.

Ox & Bull were extremely professional throughout the day even as U-Haul repeatedly messed up. I highly recommend these movers, I do not recommend using U-Haul.

3 males showed up for moving, I could only describe them physically because they never properly identified themselves. It was relayed that (1) was the actual contracted help and the other (2) seemed to be family members- friends that he gathered to complete the job. We were their 3rd stop, which they were late to begin. Two of the guys were not physically capable of moving boxes at a normal pace, they were exhausted, gassed and took many breaks in between the slow unload process. They didn't bring tools only a cart that had very limited use for a 2 story home. With their service things were not left organized, no assistance with bed placement or put up, as well when furniture didn't fit through a door my son and I had to disassemble and reassemble the furniture as well as take doors off the hinges. I was also charged for additional hr because the lack of preparation this Company has. Not to mention 8k leather sofa torn in several places and dings in walls from being hit.
