They did not come prepared with a hand jack so they didn't get my dresser no my bed which did not need tools and they broke the corner facing of my washer machine and didn't say anything. They lied about it not being enough room on the truck. I also was inconvenienced when I was waiting over 2 hour with no response that they were not coming until Sunday morning.
