I had to reach out to them just to find out they would be running behind when I advised I was on the way to get my reserved UHaul Truck and I was told they would then arrive by 2;30-3;00 just for them to arrive almost 4;00, causing me to lose my FREE storage reservation because the office was closed. Had to end up paying for another storage at a nearby location. Because I had already paid through the website they still got paid for the load and unload unfortunately.

Brandon was very professional, he arrived 30 minutes early, which was a good thing. He was great at communicating from the beginning until the end. Just wanted to think Brandon for his excellent job he did for me. I highly recommend anyone who's needs assistance moving, to hire Brandon.

Was a terrible experience it started out ok but ended terrible my husband had to repack the truck to get all of our household into it which he did with the exception of some of our items we will NEVER use this service again!!!!!!!!!!! Was not worth the money we paid and wasted several hours our time. He broke a dresser and we actually would expect a refund! My husband had to work for a additional 4 hours to get our house packed into our rental truck and we will likely have to make a trip back from Florida to get some remaining items that should have fit into the truck had it been packed properly from the beginning so it will cost us extra money, bottom line is we are not happy!!!!!!!

Wow what can I say! Brandon was the most amazing help. He was excellent at communicating. Very accommodating for the changes we made for scheduling. He showed up on time and recognized our needs. He even rearranged our storage unit that we packed inefficiently. I highly recommend using Brandon as your assistant for moving!
