Movers arrived at 7pm when original start was set for 5pm, paid for three movers but only two showed up. Movers that did show up were friendly and worked fast.

I have something good and something bad to share. The good is that the company was pretty fast to contact me right after I placed my order, the helpers arrived on time, and they even helped me with finding a truck. As for the negative experience I had, make sure you have a truck the day helpers come. When the lady called me, she didn’t mention that the company didn’t provide trucks and that I was paying for the services that didn’t include a truck. Second, make sure you monitor the helpers. In my case, they forgot a bunch of stuff in my closet and I had to spend two hours packing everything in my small car and moving it myself. Also, I accidentally booked the helpers for 8 hours instead of 4 (4 hours loading and 4 hours packing) make sure you change the time when the system breaks down the services for you. I asked the helpers to come back and move the stuff they had left but they did not and the company refused to refund me 2 hours despite the $300 I overpaid when booked them.
