They worked hard to be sure but did not seem very organized. I had the same size truck as in previous moves and this time not everything fit. I had mentioned several times about being sure my Vespa (scooter) got in the truck. One of the movers came to tell me they were done and that the truck was full - the Vespa and various other items were not in the truck. They had to unload some things in order to get the Vespa in - and then reload some of the other things. This then cut the unloading time short. There were several boxes left when the two hours were up. I was told that I should have gotten a bigger truck and we would not have had that problem.

Wanted 6pm, the agent called and wanted 5pm so we compromised on 530pm. I get a call back that the mover would be arriving at my house at 515pm and they wanted the payment code before they arrived. I declined and they arrived later than the 515pm time. It was hard to get an accurate time. I dont fault them because i scheduled the morning day of so I am just happy they came at all. The movers were able to get everything moved.
