Big Al Helpers

This was the worst move I’ve had. I contracted through Big Al’s but the men that arrived were not this ‘company’. They said they were called to help out. My original scheduled time was 10am. He called and requested to come at 930am because he had an 11am job. I told him I booked them for 4 hours, there’s no way he will be done for 11am. As I was picking up the Uhaul, he called asking to come at 12-1pm. I said that would be fine. They didn’t arrive until 4pm. The dad complained the entire time. He was talking crazy about us while on the phone & doing the job. I kept my composure & professionalism. Truck was due back by 7pm. Around 740pm, he asked for the code and said the job was completed. My place was a mess and full of furniture, they took the plastic and cushions off my couches & slid them against the ground, ruining my furniture (I’ve taken pictures of everything). The job was not completed. They left boxes and furniture in the Uhaul for me to unload myself. I do NOT recommend.

I had to reach out to Movinghelp.com to find out the time they were showing up after calling numerous times and several emails. Then they were 2+ plus hrs late. Then they were slow moving. I ended up moving all day and helping them move.

Although our travel time was longer then expected they were still willing to come out at 8pm on Sunday and get us unloaded. Extremely nice and fast to unload our 20ft trailer. Would definitely recommend.

Jeffery and Amir were the best! They were professional, courteous, friendly, and they were on time. Everything was packed carefully and in a timely manner and it all arrived in the same condition as before the move. Great service. My items were safely loaded, delivered and the put my items exactly where I wanted. I recommend them to anyone at 10-5 star rating. So thankful I was able to work with Jeffery and Amir and will gladly recommend them to others. Thanks for helping me restart at life!
