The movers damaged my 75 inch tv while taking my tv upstairs. When they took the tv off the truck I plugged the tv up to make sure it wasn’t any damages to it during transporting. The tv was in working condition. After the movers took the tv up the stairs I went upstairs and noticed they didn’t set anything up as agreed upon after paying for 2 extra hours to take the remaining items upstairs and set my dresser, 72 inch tv and bed up. The tv was on the floor and wasn’t set up as we agreed everything was all over the room my bed was set up backwards but it was setup, but that wasn’t even the deal breaker. What shook the table for me was when I went to go plug my tv up again I noticed it was broken and had a big black ink mark in the center of the screen. After bringing it to the movers attention he denies the damages being caused by them and stopped all communication to try to resolve the issue. I had high hopes for this young black owned company but I would not recommend them at all.
