The atrocious customer service make this company regrettable for anyone needing reliable movers. Save yourself the headache, stress, and disappointment. Explore other moving options where transparency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction aren't compromised. Parks Moving Services has left a lasting negative impression, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others.
