My furniture was damaged during the move. If I had not noticed the damage the movers were not going to notify me of the hole that was torn on my couch. I was contacted at midnight regarding when I would like to start my move. I reached out days prior with this information and needed to add additional time for unloading. I was told this would be added, when the movers arrived they were not aware they were supposed to unload. The movers did unload but requested that I pay them via Zelle and I would be refunded for the loading because they damaged my furniture. I have not received a refund at this time. I would not recommend this company they also did not pay attention to my boxes that were clearly labeled fragile and was thrown on top of each other.

Thank God for Flight Risk and Rocky!! Amazing movers, kind and professional men. They barely let us lift pillows, they took care of everything. We moved from out of state and had a very poor packing company so these men had to tackle an unprofessionally packed truck. We absolutely recommend and will book them when we move out!
