The movers were kind. But they were an hour late arriving due to the workers not being available. The move its self took from 10 am to almost 2pm. I was late arriving to my location to meet the other movers. Luckily they were kind enough to wait.

Communication skills were lacking. Two hours late with excuse being traffic (both were traveling from same city). Only used 2 hours of 4 hour allotment with no refund of other two hours.

I had small wall damage. A piece of my treadmill was broken. I had long scratched on my floor and several at entryway. They asked if I needed bed taken apart, then said they had no tools and it would cost 50.00. If you don't have tools, it doesn't matter. They were not rude, just not real professional and had no concerns of damage. I have never used movers before do was disappointed.
