CJ and KJ was exceptional!!! I hired them to unload a 26 foot moving truck and they did it in half the booked hours and put everything in the rooms they belong in, upstairs and downstairs. All I can say is I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I hired this company to pack my Uhaul Pod because I could not do it. They arrived on time but when they packed it they failed to secure the chairs and one chair crashed into the china cabinet and broken the glass and samaged the wood. The leg of the chair was also broken. I filed a claim and received a message from Charles Jacobs of Ultra Care that they would reach out to the insurance company. That was the last message I received. As of now it has been 12 days and I understand the claim will automatically close in 14 days. I don't have much hope that this company will follow up. I am diaspointed and frustrated by the lask of consideration. The least they could have done is gotten back to me. Ghosting is not helpful and that's what they have done.
