This place is very unprofessional. I am very upset. The owner doesn't call and setup a time with you like he's supposed to. He just decided what time he was coming and just expected us to be on board with what time he was coming. They were supposed to be bringing my ubox, unloading it, and returning it to uhaul. They brought the box put it in the middle of the street where no cars can get by. There was an issue with uhaul that I had to handle and they left and left the ubox in the middle of the street instead of the driveway like my boyfriend told them in the first place. The owner is not very cooperative through the whole thing, he just keeps not answering the phone. They were supposed to take the ubox back the same day and said something was wrong with their truck and they would come back the next day to get it. I am in the hospital and my boyfriend had to leave so I assumed they were professional enough to do what they said. Called 2 days later, never got itand the owner blocked me.

Stole my money! Did not complete the job. Made me feel like he was helping. Got to my house took my money and did not finish the job. Have to call the police to report this company to attempt to get my money back! Left me on the side of the road with a truck full of stuff and I am sick with cancer. Drove away with the crew for me to do it alone. I am lne person. Wow. Amazing DONT! I REPEAT DONT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
