Integrity moving

Not only did Integrity moving company show up a whole hour late outside of the reservation time with no thought to communicate such. I had to call them several times just to get an eta or to find out if they were even going to show up for the move at all. I gave them all the necessary information needed to make this move as smooth as possible and specified that my home was on the second floor of the building. So of course stairs would be involved in the move. However to my surprise I was told in the middle of the move that being that there were 5 entry level steps just to get to my building. That I would have to pay an additional $50 for those steps as well when steps should have already been included in the price. The movers took multiple breaks during the 3 hour reservation which of course means it would take away from the time you have left during the move but still was charged additional.

They arrived an hour late in which they did not even call to tell me they were going to be late. They did not once apologize for the inconvenience of being late. Worked VERY slow and one did not even know how to use the moving straps.
