Hired 2 helpers, paid the quoted fees in advance. The majority of my move was done prior to their arrival, I needed help with appliances & minor items that I stated before the appointment . As soon as we started doing the walk through the person that was on time began looking for ways to upcharge which I had not budgeted for & would not agree to $100-$250 charges per item. The 2nd helper showed up over and hour late. In attempt to fix that the first person called in 2 others. There was another attempt to charge me $100 to move my fridge that I showed before they began. I told the guy I couldn’t pay the additional amount at which point 3 guys are now sitting watching me and my 13 year old son attempt to get a refrigerator moved. They did finally move as my failed attempt left the doorway blocked with the fridge. They broke my elliptical machine and dented my wardrobe & didn’t say anything. I have used this website for years and have never had an experience that was this unsatisfactory.

They showed up over an hour late and only had 1 guy showed up when I paid for 2. When I tried to explain this to them and ask for a refund, the offered no help.
