The people were very nice and helpful with the move but communication was very lacking. They did not call at all ahead to schedule the moving. They also did not pack the moving truck too efficiently and didn’t try at all to move my exercise machine. They even were about to leave prior to moving it. So while I sincerely appreciate their help with moving a lot of my items, the lack of communication and less than ideal moving job did make the experience less than ideal.
