The movers, Tyler and Isaiah, were great, very polite and hard-working. They went above and beyond, even backing the trailer up for me in order to load it. They were moving my son out of his bedroom of his 3rd floor apartment, with 2 flights of stairs. They did not complain at all about having to do that. There was really no furniture, just a window AC unit, mini fridge, desk chair, TV stand and then boxes. The manager was a little more difficult to communicate with. There were several misunderstandings that occurred. One was the time the move was supposed to happen. Both my son and I heard one thing yet another thing happened. She insisted that the misunderstanding was on our side though. However, even with the misunderstanding, we were able to meet them within that 30 minutes of the 2 hour move and were able to complete it without adding extra time. I would use them again but insist on confirmation of the time via text.

This company is phenomenal, from the start of the booking we received a confirmation call to go through information to ensure a smooth unloading process. The gentlemen showed up on time ready to go and quickly got to work. We paid for 2 hours of moving, but they were so efficient we got it done in about an hour. Thank you so much to this moving team for their professionalism and kindness getting us unloaded and moved into our home. If you are hesitant to book I would recommend 1,000 times over and over!

The 2 workers were very prompt and worked steadily to load and pack the truck. However they need to take more care in handling the customer’s belongings, especially with the hand trucks. They also shoved a loveseat sofa through a bedroom door that I had asked to leave it be and concentrate in other things like getting my appliances in place, but when I went to another room he was determined to shove it through the door and scraped the door frame and the door. When I showed it to him he didn’t apologize but just shrugged his shoulders. I will gave to say they got things loaded and unloaded with time to spare, but they need to learn how to handle furniture properly.

These guys really did a great job. It was hot and some of the items were heavy, but they worked consistently and without hesitation. We were not contacted until the morning of the move, which worked out fine, but our previous MovingHelp with another contractor no-showed on us, so we were preparing for the same reality. Coordination the day prior would have been appreciated, but it all worked out perfectly. Thank you so much!
