We used United Shipping on two occasions, once for the move and a second time for clean out help. The employees were courteous and we were very satisfied with the level of work. Our one complaint is that they were not timely. The first time they had car troubles and were over an hour late, the second time I’m not sure what happened but we’re close to an hour late again. Once is excusable, twice is either bad luck or a habit. Just beware because it can make an already long day even longer.

Communication was awesome! Very polite and professional. The movers were a couple minutes late but because the boss had called to assure me that the team was on their way and going to be a few minutes late I didn’t have to worry. They were quick, worked non-stop and loaded the truck very meticulously. Appreciated the utilization of every bit of space. Absolutely, best service I have ever received with a mover.
