We ended up having to pay for an additional hour of loading time after the showed up late, and several items were broken in the move. Boxes clearly marked do not stack things on, fragile...were at the bottom of stacks, smashed. All if my glassware were crushed. My crockpot was dented in, the crockery cracked, the lid smashed. Several paintings were damaged, but the worst was the furniture items scratched and lamp was crushed. Table tops scratched and gauged up. I understand some things will inevitably be damaged sometimes. But I was really upset at the lack of compassion shown for antique furniture items we took extra care to wrap well..that got turned upside down or smashed between other things, and holes poked in leather chairs, etc.

Movers that came to help were very professional and took care of my belongings like it was their own. Took their time packing my pod to make sure everything fit. They were very nice, and friendly young men, would definitely use them again! I appreciated their help!

The crew was fantastic. They were strategic in how they unloaded pod containers into the storage facility and definitely saved us money by not having to rent two storage units. They were also funny, friendly, and efficient workers. I will hire them again when we find our permanent residence.
