Refused to follow my instructions. They were in such a hurry they damaged some boxes and destroyed a floor lamp. Minor damage to apartment and common areas. Everything was left in disarray.

The guys seemed great but they made some questionable decisions when packing that did significant damage on my possessions. Honestly they were hard workers and I would recommend them but only if you oversee the packing. They really did not like using the blankets provided by uhaul because they thought they were an extra charge and had some weird stacking choices that resulted in items falling and breaking. They were nice, hard working, and helpful, but could use more practice in safely packing.
