Very poor communication from Terry. 2 young men who loaded the UHaul worked very hard but were very inexperienced. Didn't utilize any of the blankets, sheets, bands for our things. Several things broken, scratched, not working after the move. Unloading on the 24th was a disaster as the movers were to be here at 3 pm and didn't arrive until 2230 pm. Little to no communication from Terry. We waited over 5 hours in an empty house. Ended up hiring additional movers to unload as we didn't know if Terry and his crew were coming. Moving is stressful enough. We hired movers to eliminate that stress. Instead in increased the stress 10 fold. No apologies were offered by Terry. We really would like a FULL refund for all 11 hours.

Had a no show from another company. This group responded asap and was able to do the job (unload) same day. The only negative experience I had was having one expensive item break so far. I was the last job of a long day, so I understand mistakes are more likely to occur, but after witnessing the item break, we noticed some of our more fragile boxes weren't being handled with a more delicate touch as we would like (have not opened the boxes yet) but nonetheless, the job got done in a timely manner. This group is overall reliable and would trust them again.
