Jupiter Moving

This was horrible. They were an entire hour late. We paid for 3 hours and the entire time me and my roommates where also helping, but by 2 hours they just completely stopped and walked over to their car and sat in it all the while we were still working at unloading. They also tried to charge us for an extra hour even though they stopped working an hour earlier???? We were also telling them what to pack first (ei. boxes, couches) and they were just refusing to do it, making 2 teenage girls carry large couches, even though we paid for 2 grown men to do it. This was ridiculous, please book other movers.

They had the wrong address, and they were late. Neither of them spoke English, so communication was difficult. They didn't use the blankets Uhaul provided, and i had to cover some things. I don't believe they packed wisely and some furnishings were not stowed carefully. They dropped my piano, then tried to stow it upside down. They didn't understand what upright means, and they tried to stow it on its front. Obviously they didn't know what they were doing. The language barrier didn't help. They finished in 3.5 hours.
