Cornerstone showed up and everything was good until it was decided they needed to return to complete the work 2 days later. They did not return 2 days later and did not inform me they had changed the agreement. The day after the no show I received a text telling me they would return in 2 days. Another no show and no communication with me. After I called and talked with Nick, he told me he heard me say I had the house for another 10 days, which was not accurate. He interpreted part of what I had said and took it upon himself to wait until it was convenient for him top show up and finish as it suited him. Before he left for the day he was there, he asked for the confirmation code to get him paid, he looked at my phone, found what he was looking for and then left. I had zero idea I had just paid him in full work performed and work not completed. U-Haul, which is the only contact I had to get the UBox and labor arranged through, left me dealing with MovingHelp which is useless.
