The movers that arrived were on time, friendly and moved our things back into our house quickly. We had just gotten our floors redone and after they finished moving things we noticed that they had clearly damaged the floor. I called the moving company to discuss the damages and the manager that I spoke to became very unprofessional and started raising his voice and yelling at me...telling me a bunch or reasons as to why it was my fault that the floors had been damaged. I had to ask him several times to lower his tone. Eventually he agreed to let me send him photos of the damage and to come take a look. After viewing the photos he apologized to me over text for becoming unprofessional and agreed that they had clearly damaged the floors. He said that they would have a flooring guy come out to access the damage and fix the floors but since then no one has made contact with me. I tried to reach the manager several times as well and he appears to have ghosted me. Don't hire this place.

Jeremiah and Sergio showed up on time and were very very courteous young men. They were very professional and knocked out loading our 26 foot U-Haul under 3 hours. This is the only company I will ever use to load in Boise. Great crew

Top Notch movers are the very best!!! Friendly, polite, and professional. They were very careful with all my belongings and the house. They went over and beyond. They even came to help me the next day to clear out my storage unit out. My thanks to all of them. I will use them again if needed.
