The communication from the owner was easy and helpful. During a move everything gets a little hectic, but I knew exactly what to expect without having to ask extra questions--this was super appreciated. The movers themselves were great. They were on time, communicative, and friendly. They did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure everything got handled. The parking for the truck was a bit of a nightmare and they even helped direct traffic to ensure we were able to finish. The intake form was tricky to complete electronically. Maybe a different format would be easier for the future? Certainly wouldn’t stop me from booking again--the service was really excellent!

Crew left couch outside and didn’t have necessary tools to help take legs off. Also came late and didn’t stay for full 2 hours. Overall, were very great and helpful, but didn’t fully complete job.
