The movers were professional and displayed a high level of care when loading and unloading items The customer service could have been better I rescheduled for 30 min later than my original time and informed them two and a half hours ahead However at the designated time the movers were not there and I was told they were pulling up yet they didn’t come until 40 min after they said pulling up It would have been nice to receive the same courtesy I provided by being informed they would be late instead of me waiting out in the rain believing they were actually pulling up and they were not Outside of that the service was good

Alex and his team (Jose' and T) were great! They unloaded a well packed 26 foot U-Haul truck in three hours, and almost all of it had to be taken up or down a flight of stairs (it's a 2-story house with a basement). Very nice guys, too. They carefully followed my wife's color-coded map to place the items in the proper rooms. We will be bringing up another truckload of stuff in a few weeks and plan on hiring them again. Great job, guys!

Very nice gentlemen! Couldn’t recommend them enough they were very efficient and talked me through what they were doing and then provided me with a bungee cord (or something else pullee maybe I’m not good with terms) to secure everything in my UHaul.
