Richard called me within an hour of booking to confirm the time, which I appreciated. They gave me a heads-up before the scheduled time and got straight to work. They introduced themselves professionally and asked all the necessary questions. Everything was handled efficiently. The truck was loaded securely, and I was able to drive without any concerns. They even managed to unload everything up three flights of stairs without a single complaint. I couldn’t have asked for better help. I appreciate Jordan and Richard for their hard work.
