I would not recommend this company. The provider paid themselves before the job was even initiated. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel services with this provider. The company was made aware 1-2 hours before the set time. I asked for a refund in which they agreed. A week after the agreement, I reached out about said refund. The company became unresponsive via text. Moving Help was also no help in the same regards and refused to hold Pro Relocate accountable. Do not use them.

My experience with the Pro Relocators movers was outstanding. Everything from the woman on the phone to the movers themselves was amazing. It was very clear to me, as a costumer, that these were trained professionals and that this company is very organized. If I was a rich man, I would've tipped with everything I had.
