Extremely disappointed! We used this company for a move from Chicago to South Carolina a few months ago and were very happy with them. They packed the truck like Tetris, and nothing shifted or broke the entire trip. The guys unloading the truck in SC even commented on how well it was packed. This latest move was horrific. We specifically requested that we have the same crew, which didn’t happen. This crew spoke absolutely no English . When I had to direct them to do something, they had to pull out their cell phone and use a pocket translator. At least one person on a crew needs to be able to speak fluently to the homeowner. They dragged our new mattress across the floor of the truck, causing black marks and stains all over it, after I told them specifically that I had a plastic mattress cover I had bought. Next, our truck was loosely packed. Everything shifted on the move and a lot of things were broken or scratched up. Not happy.

KJ worked absolute miracles with his efficient use of space. We were fully expecting to have to leave wanted items behind, but he made it all fit! Justin and Alex were friendly and professional, very hard workers. Overall, I think this was the best moving team I’ve ever worked with. Well done everyone! I’m so glad you were helping me.
