Hawk-Men

Communication was not straight forward. I had to move back my original date to accomodate them. When I went to change the date, they increased their price which did not authorize the moving of the dates as now another transaction was required. They didn't inform me of this. So, on the day of the load-unload, these guys were a hour and 15 minutes late. No excuses, no explanation. When loading, they put the television on the side, like laid flat on top of the telvision stand. . .it clearly states do not do that. Anyways, instead of taking an hour to teach them and train them how to pack, it was a short drive to do the unload. I only packed out half of the storage unit because I wasn't sure if these guys could handle it with the amount of work needed. If I was to get this service in Virginia, it would take them 7 hours to do a 1.5 hour job. Anyways, they completed the job with some minor scratches on the walls and small dings running into doors. These were immigrants
