The guys were great. They did show up about 30-45 min late (CTA difficulties cited) which got us a bit nervous with respect to move in times at the facility where my mother in law was moving but once they were there it was all good stuff and they jumped right in and completed the job basically on time and with the utmost professionalism. I tipped them in cash.
