At first the experience was going well until it came down to my couches. One was a tad bit larger than the other. The guy complained the entire time running my time down while loading the truck. The young lady that was present helped as best as she could. In order for them to get my bigger couch out of the building they had to use the stairs to go down. They wanted an extra $80 for a service I already paid for and they were aware of. Once we arrived at the drop off location everything was going smoothly until we had to deal with the couch again. The guy complained while the young lady stood and did nothing the entire time. The people I didn’t pay to help did more of the work. All in all this experience with this company was terrible I would not recommend them, they were totally unprofessional. A tip is unnecessary considering the fact that I coughed up an unnecessary $80.

It was fine, I did get my stuff moved in the apartment in the expected timeframe. However, I definitely didn't get professionals and I mostly just felt bad for the kids
