I only had one thing that was wrong other than that the helpers was very knowledgeable of loading and unloading with the exception of me having one broken tv.

The overall move was just average. The truck load-in took two hours which was a little longer than expected. There were four crew members hired, but sometimes I would only see two crew members moving items from the apartment to the truck. My father reminded the crew of some fragile items such as my desk - he explained to the crew that the desk legs could not withstand a considerable amount of weight. The legs were broken in the move due to how much weight was applied to them. Some other items such as my dining room table were scratched and roughed up around the edges during the move. When we arrived at the ground floor storage unit (un-load location) with the loaded 20' truck, we waited over 15 minutes for the crew to arrive. Additionally, they had some issues organizing the storage unit so all of my items would fit properly. We had to help with the stacking and organization process. I had to pay for an hour over but I'm glad that they were able to help me.
